When voids increase, state on directness or responses style, the assistant nudges the manuscript: a tighter opener for execs, a clearer request cross-functional phone calls, a warmer framework for sensitive feedback.
Consumption
We maintain the consumption short. Duty. The scene they will enter. Who’s in the room and what those individuals worth. The outcome they desire– decision, information, or relationship. How much time do they genuinely have: thirty, sixty, ninety secs? And exactly how they favor to seem. If they say “positive however not protective,” I maintain that phrase on my shoulder while we function.
Setting up
The engine does light pattern-matching. Customer standing with officers? Highlight brevity, decision-framing, and evidence. Peer responses? Kind directness and a quick why. The aide assembles a brief manuscript from the library– never to overwrite the individual’s voice, only to develop it.
In The Room

The experiment is small purposefully: lead with the outcome initially in two conferences today; maintain the opener under thirty-five secs; make the ask time-bound. The reflection takes a min: What did you cut that nobody missed out on? What made the room lean in? Those notes feed the library. Gradually, obstructs develop into wording that travels well across groups.
